This monopoly imposes a one-size-fits-all experience and blocks entrepreneurs from innovating.
The bad news is this system is inherently broken, will always fail, and can’t be fixed. This is a scientific certainty, not a matter of will.
The good news is it can be outcompeted — just like Uber did with cabs.

Edtechs, governments, and NGOs are focused on improving schools.
No one is building the new service we need, with 2025 tools.
That’s exactly where we come in. Not trying to add wheels to the horse.
But to build the car.

We reimagined the entire learning experience considering AI — which guides and personalizes each student’s journey.
Beyond the system
No grades, subjects, or teachers. Students learn by activities and challenges, with a tutor’s support, in a physical space.
Certification
Although we’re not a school, each student receives an accredited U.S. high school diploma through our (umbrella) partner school.
HOW WE MAKE MONEY
We don't build new buildings. We transform spaces in a franchise-like licensing model and keep a percentage of the tuition fees.
ONE STEP AT A TIME
Full ownership of the first spaces, launched inside premium coworks to build trust, reduce regulatory friction, and ensure rapid deployment.
Then, we'll scale globally through our licensing model.

We hypothesize co-creating their own "Ad Astra" for (and with) companies like Stripe, Vercel, Figma, Notion, and Airbnb.
WHY NOW
Families are leaving traditional schools. Alternatives are scaling.
By 2030, ~50% of US families will be outside traditional schools.

The market is already validated by companies addressing three segments: Premium (Alpha, Avenues, Khan Lab), Scalable (Acton, Prenda), Low-Cost (Bridge)
DIFFERENCE WITH ALPHA AND MONTESSORI
They are a doing great work, but they still operate within the State monopoly system and its regulations. They are an optimization.
Like improved cabs, or fiat money with good Central Banks.
We are more like Uber and Bitcoin.
