We’ve designed a complete experience — shaped by our AI platform, which adapts knowledge, activities, and challenges to each student’s curiosity, abilities, and learning pace.
Learning happens alongside human tutors and peers, in open, collaborative spaces.

We’re giving them that chance through our system — they bring their DNA and culture; we handle the rest.
Elon built Ad Astra School around SpaceX. We let every company do the same.
This will drive trust, visibility, and early adoption, our fastest path to demand and reputation.
BUSINESS MODEL
We're a tech company, not a school. We transform third-party spaces into this new service through our know-how — keeping a % of tuition revenue.
Anyone can host this new experience — like Airbnb for education — under our operational framework and brand.
We expect gross margins similar to SaaS companies as the network expands.
DEPLOYMENT
We’re starting with full ownership of the first spaces — premium coworking centers to build trust, reduce regulatory friction, and ensure rapid deployment.
Also, we solve coworks’ biggest pain — with steady, predictable traffic.
Once validated, we scale globally through partners — from homes and buildings to the most remote corners of the world.
COST ADVANTAGE
Schools spend ~90% on HR. We don’t, allowing lower prices or higher reinvestment.
A NEW CATEGORY
Students get an accredited U.S. diploma through partner schools, while our spaces operate as "learning hubs".
In time, we’ll move away from state diplomas and transition to private credentials.
GTM (2025-2026)
In K-12 education, willingness to pay follows trust. We’ll build it one step at a time.
1) Complete the core team and get strong backers.
2) Host pop-up experiences — events, bootcamps, hackathons.
3) Pre-sell access to early adopters.
4) Build in public, grow a movement on social media.
By late 2026, we’ll be ready for a Seed round to launch the first flagship.
